You can never have too much ice in the summer and we have lots of it for sale (3 for $9.99!). Sure, you can fill your cooler with it, but have you ever had to sleep in a hot tent and set up your portable fan to blow across the top of a bowl of ice on your face?

So many uses for ice and we dont know the half of them. Tell us in the comments and you could win some cool summertime drinks to pair with some ice this weekend!

I've done this at my old apartment with an empty ice cream container full of ice - this would probably be better with a cooler

Use them to water plants over a long day 🙂 Thanks for the generous contest & chance to win!!

Definitely used for first aid purposes! Burns, sprains and such while camping!

I used to feed ice to my dogs to cool them off! It's so cute watching them eat it

Perfect for a face massage!

Canadians know what’s inside the unmistakable orange cellophane bags stamped with red and white circus tent stripes — Hawkins Cheezies.

Since the 50s, these crunchy, knobbly snacks coated in aged cheddar cheese have had a hold on the country that spans from Victoria to the Maritimes. This makes this snack one of our top picks for the most iconic Canadian road trip snacks. In fact, when you pick up a pack, it tastes and looks the same as it did 72 years ago — little has changed — including the original cornmeal extruders that date to the 1940s! This is why this is #5 on our countdown of the most iconic Canadian road trip snacks!

Will have to give it a try!

On our journey to share our picks for more iconic snacks across Canada, we think Covered Bridge Potato Chips should get a nomination!

The original recipe dates back to the days of the founders grammy Lela who used to make the iconic chips on her wood-fired pot belly stove
They have incredible flavours including some very East Coast inspired favorites like Storm Chips & Lobster flavour. In fact, our resident East Coaster loves the Lobster chips as a base for scooping crab salad and even ceviche!
